1. Mentor Power Hour - Virtual chats

Join us at 1 pm CST on the 1st and 3rd Fridays every month for intimate and engaging virtual chats and Q&As with industry leaders, experts, and allies from our Company Partners. Gain first-hand insights from their unique company perspective, how they approach Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace plus strategies that ensure equitable employment opportunities for underrepresented groups. Attendees receive additional related session content and resources.

2. Master Class - Tactical skills

Tune in at 1 pm CST on the 2nd and 4th Fridays every month to learn applicable job-seeking skills and receive career guidance tailored specifically for The Mom Project Talent Community in a live, virtual setting. The hour-long Master Class sessions include a Q&A segment plus post-event recordings.

3. The Mom Project events - Summits and panel discussions

Experience thought-provoking summits and fireside panels featuring inspirational keynote speakers, interactive breakout sessions with career coaches, industry experts, special entertainment and surprise guests. 5. The Study - Career resource hub 

Visit The Study to access thought leadership and tangible tools (think resume templates, essential interview guides, and tips for dressing for success). The resources are thoughtfully curated to benefit all Talent Community members including job-seeking moms, individuals re-entering the workforce,  parents, etc.

6. Hired Spotlights

Boost your visibility to hiring Companies and the Talent Community when you secure a job from our Marketplace. Hired Spotlights are shared across The Mom Project’s social channels which collectively include more than 200k followers.

7. Resume Rev

Build and customize a resume directly in The Mom Project platform and seamlessly apply and bid on job opportunities directly in the Marketplace. Resume Rev helps members define their story on paper so that Company Partners can get to know them.
