First, candidates are introduced to foundational digital topics and are given access to resources to prepare for a change. Next, candidates create or upload a resume and can browse and apply for positions made available, even if they don't currently have all the skills needed.
Once selected for a position, the participant joins their new employer with pay and benefits and is able to focus on upskilling full-time while receiving coaching and support to be successful and able to perform and grow in a new, future-ready role.
Businesses are supported in building a talent bench with in-demand skills and get support to ensure that they are building an inclusive culture and environment where all employees can thrive.
